Close the "Internet E-mail Settings" box using the 'OK' button.
At this point it is a good idea to hit the 'Test Account Settings' button to verify that you can send & receive.
If the tests produce errors - go back through the steps and verify that your entered information is correct.

If the tests complete ok, continue on to finish the wizard and you're ready to use your account.
